Sent my dogs in regular last few year , Can be hit and miss, But today sent in my yorkie who was groomed 8 weeks ago, they said she was blandly matted, which she was not. Granted running around large garden she needed groomed. And yes had so mats which I expected them to remove. When I return they had completely shave her, didn't even regocise my own dog, was upset and shocked to say the least. There resposnce was I was over reacting. Never be back and recommend anyone thinking off using them to stay well clear. Groomer more butcher I think
